(Ronaldo brace put Madrid in commanding position)

Real Madrid started the game against Sporting Gijon in flying colours as Ronaldo scored twice in first 20 minutes to put the home side in commanding position.
However Sporting Gijon found themselves back into the game with a goal coming from Carlos Carmona in 35th minute.
Madrid couple stretch their lead at top of the table to 7 points with a win but they have alot to do in second half.
