    Emery clears up Verratti situation after Robert Fernandez's comments



    Paris Holy person Germain Unai Emery mentor has cleared up a circumstance with respect to Barcelona's mid year enthusiasm for Marco Verratti. 

    Emery seemed to disclose to Ernesto Valverde a week ago that Barça never made an offer for the Italian midfielder, in spite of the Catalan club guaranteeing they had done. 

    Barça's wearing executive said that he didn't know why Emery said that in light of the fact that the Spanish mentor "knew Barça needed Verratti." 

    Also, Emery has now upheld Robert's story, posting on Twitter: "Right off the bat, Robert and I have an awesome fellowship which goes back to Valencia. 

    "Also, besides, we [Emery and Robert] discussed Verratti two months prior and everything was left evident. 

    "The false debate has come up because of a mistaken translation of my visit with Valverde in Nyon, which wasn't consistent with what I truly said in a discussion in regards to Verratti, in addition to other things. 

    "From that point, the related reports that have showed up lately have no premise as a general rule." 


    Keep in mind that Verratti was Barça's best focus on this mid year however they were compelled to look somewhere else because of PSG's hesitance to offer.
