LaLiga returns along with several star players
Anumber of
key components are set to be deployed across LaLiga in the third round of
fixtures as the end of the international break allows major signings and
previously injured players to kick off their season.
Just one
week off from domestic action has seen many deadline day transfers go through
whilst those suffering from a lack of fitness had plenty of time to work
behind-the-scenes.
Out of the
traps for Real Madrid will be Cristiano Ronaldo, who's set for an hour-long cameo in Saturday's visit of Osasuna,
a match which may see Karim Benzema make a return from a hip injury via the
bench.
Title rivals Barcelona have their
own star wingers back in the fold as a newly-blonde Neymar returns to take his
place in the MSN formation, which can now boast two members with golden hair.
Also on the east coast, the Estadio
Mestalla will see the start of a new era as Ezequiel Garay and Eliaquim Mangala
are available to face Real Betis, with Valencia opting for an injection of
experience into their ailing squad.
Furthermore, Celta Vigo can look
forward to welcoming striker Giuseppe Rossi into their squad whilst another
former Premier League star, Samir Nasri, makes his Sevilla debut in an
eagerly-awaited fixture with first-placed Las Palmas.
