Still not looking like a better option than Sergi Roberto at right-back. Some good moments tempered by weaker ones.
Didn't do a lot to stop Sevilla at the start and after that wasn't needed too much. Injured and went off towards the end.
A fine display. Was the more pro-active of the centre-backs and dealt with lots of danger high up towards the half-way line.
Has impressed, so much so that he genuinely should be contending to be first-choice. Yet again strong in defence and he also crossed perfectly for Messi to head home the third.
With each game he gets closer to his best rhythm and will soon be at his finest.
After such a good pre-season and a dazzling display in the first leg, this was a disappointing performance. Lost the ball far too many times.
Slick, and as he learns to play with Messi and Co, will just get slicker. 'Pre-assisted' the first and third goals.
Ran the show. Without Luis Suarez and Neymar this was totally under his control and the other players danced to his sweet tune.
Grew into the game but this was not his finest hour, given some of his goalscoring displays in pre-season. Arguably better as a substitute than a starter.
Took the first goal well and the second even better. His finest performance for Barcelona. Looked more in-sync with others than before.
Didn't have much impact after coming on, understandable as it's his first appearance since last season.
Replaced Busquets but didn't have much time to shine.
Used at centre-back after Javier Mascherano was injured.
